Ghost Gunner
The Ghost Gunner 3 aims to allow individuals to manufacture their own un-serialized firearms. Un-serialized firearms are un-traceable. Hence, the “ghost gun” name. This is possible because the Ghost Gunner allows users to produce their own lower receivers, which is the part of a firearm that one needs a background check to buy.
The BATFE is the government agency that determines what is and is not a firearm. A block of aluminum is not considered a gun, obviously, but at what point does it become a gun? This is what the BATFE determines, and 80% lower receivers are not considered a gun by BATFE standards. If you have a Ghost Gunner, however, you can easily convert this piece of aluminum into a gun.
What this means is that you can order 80% lower receivers without any form of serial number, background check, or registration. Put the hunk of aluminum or polymer into the Ghost Gunner, select the proper program for the gun you would like to create, and the Ghost Gunner will do its magic. In a short amount of time, you have created a gun.
Once you have finished milling the lower receiver, every other part you need can be found at a gun show or online. They can be bought without a background check. Various kits can be found online that include all the parts (aside from the lower receiver, obviously) so that you may complete your gun.
