The Ghost Gunner 3 uses a belt to drive the spindle. Over time the belt can wear out.
You can order a replacement belt for the GG3 using this link. https://ghostgunner.net/product/spindle-belt-gg3/
Replacing the spindle-motor drive belt:
Tools: 8mm wrench, 4mm allen & 2mm allen.
- Unplug power and USB cables.
- Vacuum as best as possible and turn your machine upside down.

- Move the gantry center and spindle to the front by getting a good grip on the motor and using a bit of force to slowly move it.

- Loosen 4 nuts on BLDC motor using 8mm socket and 4mm allen.

- There are slots in the motor mount that allow the motor to slide closer to the spindle for belt installation. A few turns should be sufficient to loosen the bolts so the BLDC motor can slide closer to the spindle.
- Loosen 2 set screws on the spindle pulley using a 2mm allen enough so it can come off.

- Work the new belt in and reattach the pulley on the spindle. Belt should be loose.
- Use a wrench to push the motor away from the spindle to achieve adequate belt tension and tighten down 4 motor mount bolts.

The image depicts the method used to leverage the motor away from the spindle while tightening the first motor mounting bolt.
Belt installation is complete.
