If the estop is not letting it connect since the beginning, manually update the firmware.
You can use these instructions and firmware. https://ghostgunner.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039480051-Manually-Install-Firmware
If the estop alarm happens mid cut, make sure your computer's power settings are configured so that the computer doesn't go into sleep mode, hibernation, or otherwise enter a lower power state when left idle. This will cause a loss of connection. If this was not the case, you may need to change your USB hub power settings by going to Device manager.
You can click on the start button, then type Device Manager.
Once you open the Device manager should be a drop down for USB controllers (Universal Serial Bus).
Some of them will say the words "USB" and "Hub". If you double click them there will be a Power Management tab. On that tab, there's a checkbox checked by default to power off the USB hub to save the battery.
Unchecking them may solve the disconnecting issue.
If the issue continues, or you have any questions email support@ghostgunner.net for help.

Done all of these still trips Alarm saying I hit the emergency stop. Not so bad when running a 80% ar but it’s really a problem to go through 70 steps again for a RMR cut.
